Amanda continues to gain respect from her peers (throughout Australia and internationally) for her ability to organise, promote, and conduct auctions at times of extreme difficulty, (be it contents, location, or private vendor circumstances).

Her ongoing “hands on approach” and empathy with people in times of distress and bereavement has gained her respect with her vendor/s who continue to benefit from her dedication and personal input. Apart from coordinating auctions, Amanda also coordinates appraisals, and conducts auctions.

Amanda has taken great care is procuring the services of individuals who are fluid in their field e.g. bookkeeping, data input, furniture handlers, sales assistants, auction room staff, security etc.

Amanda also regularly writes for various collecting publications and has appeared on numerous occasions both on television and radio.

David Freeman

A highly qualified valuer and auctioneer with thirty-five years experience as a professional valuer. David is a member of the Auctioneers and Valuers Associations of Australia (A.V.A.A.). The Victorian Antique Dealers Guild, Government Approved valuer for the cultural gifts and bequests program (Australian paintings, drawings and prints, after 1850), David is also a member of The Victorian Artists Society, Watercolour Society of Australia, Gallery Society of Victoria, Museum of Modern Art (Heide), Australiana Society, National Trust of Victoria, Society Art Deco Victoria, The Antique Collectors Club of Victoria. David often talks on radio (re- valuation).

David regularly writes valuation columns for various collecting magazines and related publications, he also conducts free antique talks and valuations for various charitable groups. In addition, he is in constant demand for his knowledge as a valuer.

Amanda and David are strong supporters of The Anti Cancer Council of Victoria.
